They only sent me one of them I did not receive and still haven’t received this item. I contacted the seller in regards to it and they told me it will come in a separate order later. It’s been over 2 weeks and still haven’t received not received item which was meant to be for a birthday party that’s past already. She ordered two separates items on different days. I thought she was querying the second order which was only just posted so wasn't due to arrive therefore I asked her to wait. I later found that I made a packing error on the first order. Once I became aware of the packing error after further communication with the customer I refunded the whole first order, not just the missing balloon. Sorry you left a neg review despite my efforts.
