Hallo Herr Vidovic. Ich habe Ihnen mehrmals eine Rücknahme oder Teilrückerstattung angeboten. Das einzige was wir dafür brauchen, ist ein Bild von der Beschädigung. Das Bild welches Sie uns geschickt haben, war mit der Schutzfolie auf dem Artikel und die Kratzer waren nur auf der Schutzfolie zu sehen. Deswegen hatte ich Sie mehrmals freundlich nach einem weiteren Bild gefragt, auf dem man die Kratzer auf dem Artikel selber sehen kann. Leider wollten Sie uns kein Bild ohne Schutzfolie zusenden.
