    I sent the IFT and upper PCA for repair. They were extremely helpful in assisting me to diagnose my issues for my Precor treadmill. Timely communication and repair. My treadmill is back up and running great for over a week now. Very reasonable cost. MUCH cheaper than hiring an equipment technician to come to your home ($250 just to show up and diagnose). These folks are very thorough and detailed. Highly recommend.

    Repair was half the price of buying a functional used board. Brooks turned the unit around quickly and shipped back to me all within a week (door to door). Treadmill works now. Only small negative was that there is no communication on what the issue was or if it was fixed (just my part in a box). So, I reinstalled it not really knowing if it was going to work. Like I said, not a huge deal and they state in thier ad that they don't provide a report detailing the repairs made.
