I’ve had 3 other packages this month take 3 weeks to arrive because they ended up at USPS San Francisco then disappeared from tracking for over a week. Definitely NOT the sellers fault but this needs to be addressed.

I purchased 5 filters for my Toyota Prius. The filters are not like most in that they do not have a metal case. One small issue was that they were mailed in a soft sided envelope and a couple were "squished" a bit in the mail. I think they will be OK for use, but the seller should reconsider the mailing packaging.
