I Bought a steering rack assembly and according to the listing it was supposed to fit my 2016 Cadillac CTS 2.0t. well after it getting installed I find out the inner tie rod ends are not the correct ones. The item is not OEM as stated in the listing. I was out $75 on new ones. Seller would not refund me a dime. But did offer for me to return it.

The part was not the brand I ordered and looks to be used. It had no box and was shown in the picture. I ordered an ac delco brand and this one is sachs. That's not a problem other than it appears used and has been welded on. The grease packet that came with it was open, used and empty. I sent the seller a message days before leaving bad feedback and didn't get any response. This has me held up now with a car that I can't get back on the road.
