The "used" printers from Anycubic are customer returns. Usually messed up by customers that had no clue. The unit arrived with shattered cover and broken screen. Worse than I expected but well aware taking a gamble here. The Anycubic support was helpful and provided spares as well as any missing item. Now I got a great printer for a bargain. Thanks guys that it all worked out!
