They DO NOT give you any "official paperwork" as they state or a operating manual below and here is there reason: We're moving over to digital resources, so the COA is stored in the board of the computer, and should pull over automatically if you need to reinstall windows. I'm also able to provide a digital copy of the manual, which you can find at the link below:
