    Great Lodge Quality

    I bought 2 of these skillets. I used them twice already. I made beef pot pies and they came out fantastic. Also made dessert in them which also came out great. Great size for single servings. Nice heavy weight for a small pan and great non stick quality. Easy clean up, too. Lodge makes the greatest products. I'd recommend these over and over.

    So far so good

    I've read for years the benefits of cooking with cast iron skillets but was always deterred by the steep prices and proper care cast iron requires. I was delighted to discover this perfect starter pan: • Lodge has a solid reputation and still makes its products in the USA • Price was excellent • I get to experiment to see if this is a good fit for me and my family without breaking my budget in the process. So far so good, but I'm very happy with this purchase.

    Excellent small cast iron skillets for many items

    These are excellent quality cast iron skillets only smaller than the normal used cast iron skillets. My wife uses these for desert and small side dishes for the family dinners. The are nice to hold side dishes and keep the food warm during the dinner if placed in the oven or stove to heat them up. You must season the skillets just like the larger ones.

    What a nice little skillet. All the benefit of cast iron at an affordable price. Quality is excellent, also. I use this pan a lot when I'm cooking for one and I love it. Easy to clean also.

    Great Toaster Oven Size

    I'm single and was looking for a cast iron piece that would fit inside my toaster oven (so I don't have to heat up the big oven just for me). This 6.5" pan works great! I washed mine (hot water & scrapper), then seasoned it (heat and oil) before the first use, but so far it works like a dream.
