DID THE JOB
I bought this to replace a similar one I could not find in my shed. I was doing a little job to run a pipe through the wall of my downstairs loo to feed an outdoor tap. I needed to cut 4 pieces of pipe and as I was not using solder joints I didn't want to use a saw and leave a ragged finish. This little cutter did the job including cutting the existing cold pipe close to the wall. It left reasonably clean ends but the one I couldn't find does a cleaner job and with less effort. That said I now have a tap i the garden and no leaks so all in all a successful purchase for very little money.I bought this to replace a similar one I could not find in my shed. copper tube cutter

It`s worked well for me so far. Nice clean cuts. Great for the price!
It works as you`d expect, so far I have only used it to cut 8.5mm aluminium tent poles, but it done that effortlessly, it cut the poles nice and cleanly, so I`m really pleased with it! I have no reason to think that it won`t hold it`s edge and be good for other cutting jobs in the future, it`s already helped me out immensely, it was just the ticket for the job in hand!
