Der Verkäufer hat alles gut getan. Leider DHL hat Probleme gegeben. Die Ware würde in eine Abholstation geliefert ohne Meldung (kein Zettel, keine Email, gar nichts). Bei Zufall habe ich bei der Abholstation vorbei geschaut und gefragt, ob sie ein Paket für mich hatten und tatsächlich das Paket war da aber ich würde gar nicht darüber informiert. Die Mitarbeiter von DHL sind überlastet, sie bekommen keine extra Stunde gezahlt, explodiert auf nicht mehr möglich, deswegen gab es so viele Probleme.
