Please look at the photos in the listing; the set has upper case, lower case, numbers and punctuation. Numbers and punctuation ARE the figures. They are sandwiched neatly between the upper and lower cases. We explained this when he requested a refund directly from us instead of filing a claim; he then agreed it was all there and asked for a smaller refund. The word "figures" is not in the description. You have implied that that we are liars and cheat; shame on you FATHER PHIL!

Item arrived damaged. A shipping box broke open and the type was scattered w/ damaged characters. This would have been avoided with better packing. Understandably the box was heavy (lead type), but the shipper should have taken the weight (and configuration of the type) in account. The seller offered no resolution and the USPS claim policy (one was made) requires that the shipment be surrendered and if a claim is granted then the buyer receives only what USP determines and keeps the type.
