Jay Cutley One Step Closer
Positive: Watching the intensity of his workouts and piling on plate after plate, although expected, is impressive. Showing some of his diet and food intake was interesting. Watching his body transformation from 5 weeks out from the O to the night of the competition is amazing. His mom being in the viseo, and his obvious love for her, was a nice touch. Negatives: To much video of Jay putting plates on and pulling plates off...we get it after the first couple times. I would like to hear Jay do more commentary on why he does certain moves, like partial reps. Talk more about the supps he takes, since he's all over the Muscle Tech ads,shows us exactly what and when you take them. Funny: Pulling a Tupperware of cookies from his mom out of the freezer. I would recommend this video to pick up a few tips, but also to see a little behind the scenes of what it takes to compete at this level.

well this is my first bodybuilding dvd, i pretty much watch this like everytime i sit down to eat my meals if i can. i still remeber i was so happy when it finally came in. my favorite part is when jay talks about meals. However, I was a bit concerned with the quality at first, like i said this is my first bodybuilding dvd, there werent subtitles or like a main menu so it looked like a bootleg but i mean the picture is good so i cant complain.
