      Product arrived in poor condition with piece of friction material missing from one pad.

      I had to return product as it arrived with a small chunk of friction material missing out of one of the 4 disc pads, and lots of loose crumbling friction material in the box. I couldn't trust the integrity of the friction material on these pads after seeing this. Perhaps a bad batch, or some fault in the manufacturing processes.
