Since I was on travel, the seller worked with me to verify it was good when I returned. Will deal with them again in the future. This seller was quich to answer our inquiries. The part was wrapped in bubble wrap and sent inside of a box for extra protection. It was shipped timely. After installed, we noticed it to be in perfect working condition. We have baked several meals since, just to make sure the part works in all modalities. The item was as described. We are very satisfied with our purchase! Thank you!
