    Pricey but effective! One thing this has helped me with in addition to the core being kept warm, is my stomach bloating resolves when I sleep in this. I sweat it out I guess but when my stomach is really upset (ongoing cancer treatment could be cause), this warmth and light constriction really help. I did not expect—but welcome—my abdominal area being flatter and bloating resolved. Good quality and therefore worth the price. Easy to hand wash and dries quickly.
