After 2 weeks of pursuing a claim for my original order (which was never dispatched despite the DPD tracking number) this arrived by express delivery. Their refusal to communicate anything but bland assurances provoked my claim for a refund, My lack of trust for this company was escalated by their refusal to name themselves during communications despite my insistence on speaking to a director registered at Companies House.
