Arrived quickly although a tracking number would have been beneficial. Initially I had to pay extra postage of $9.75 before pick up from PO. Once I contacted seller he refunded the extra postage amount without hesitation. Obviously a mistake but has been sorted. Thank you. This product is great.

Purchased oil filter and 21 days later it had not arrived. Seller said it was posted but could not provide tracking information, which makes no sense as all Australia Post parcels have tracking details. Never recieved the oil filter and eventually ebay stepped in and gave me a refund.
