Took awhile to be delivered, got sent back to them because it was too heavy. But when I messaged them I got a quick reply. The packaging wasn’t strong enough so there are lots of scraps and scratches. Lots of stuff just loose in the boxes. The boxes had big holes in them, held together with more tape. Clearly had a hard trip. Missing about 20 washes and had to use my own but lots of spare bolts.
