The tool I received is a real Milwaukee, not a fake. Manufactured in 2016; past the 5 year warranty. No warranty but considering the tool's condition is flawless, not even a scratch (New) and the price only $85, I have NO REGRETS. I haven't had the chance to put it through any real test to check it's durability and performance but my expectations are high as it appears to be normal Milwaukee Quality.
