Unfortunately there were some problems with this address book. Described as new but had some marks on both front and back cover and a small dent on bottom back corner of the cover, which I think was down to inadequate packaging.
However, I'm leaving very positive feedback because the seller responded to my messages very promptly and issued a post paid return label straightaway. I returned the address book within the time frame specified and the refund has been issued promptly.
