The 3 stars, for shipping cost, is because I literally could have walked to this person's house to pick it up. The item was $25. The shipping was $15. I should have paid more attention to the fact that they lived in the same city. What I could not have known is that we live about 3 miles from each other. The seller would have seen that, not me. They had to drive as far, or farther to take this to the post office, as they would have had to drive to drop it at my house...or just ask me to pick up.
