I received the Fitbit Charge 5 promptly. It was working well initially, but it developed a fault after a week or so and became unresponsive. Since the advice received from Fitbit did not help I returned it to the seller, and they promptly issued a refund. I was disappointed in the Fitbit itself, but the seller was extremely helpful in getting a refund to me without any hassles. Thanks for that, it is much appreciated.
