The item didn’t fit my bike which is fair enough however when I messaged customer services/the seller I was told that because the part number listed on a diagram said it should fit then I was in the wrong. Even after sending a photo of the old and new bolts together with the obvious differences I was still told it fits my bike and to return it if I’m not happy. Not good service at all.

Yes, you are in the wrong. The part you bought fits the clutch lever on the CB600F. I showed you proof it fitted, but you needed the part for the brake lever which is a different part. I showed you proof with a microfiche and gave you help.
I said you could return for a swap to the part you needed or return for refund which you did and you were refunded immediately.
At all times I gave excellent customer service but now you're banned. You'll pay more for OEM parts. Well done!

ordered some bolts, apon arrival noticed one was missing, seller agreed to send the bolt out and it never arrived

Problem now solved. Missunderstood when you said item hadn't arrived and I showed you the tracking proving delivery. What was missing was a M6 x 15mm bolt which is now on the way. Unfortunately as you've left a neg all trade between us has now stopped
