As a first time buyer on ebay, I bid on 4 coffee cups. The item said $30 and free shipping. I bid $20. He countered with $30 and said that he couldn't give me free shipping unless I accepted $30. I went back and said that I didn't see where it showed free shipping. He said "it was there". I accepted the counter bid of $30, but did not see an option for free shipping, just expedited. I was charge $17.50 for shipping. I am happy with the cups, but do not feel he was honest in this transaction.
