I am very pleased with the workmanship & communication at Brooks Circuit. After receiving my rebuilt unit back, I still had issues with the system and had another professional look at it. In speaking with Tyler, at Brooks Circuit, he said it was ok to put him directly in touch with my mechanic who was given the wrong wiring diagram by the company that bought Atwood. My mechanic was so happy, he asked for Tyler's # also. :D

Repair was half the price of buying a functional used board. Brooks turned the unit around quickly and shipped back to me all within a week (door to door). Treadmill works now. Only small negative was that there is no communication on what the issue was or if it was fixed (just my part in a box). So, I reinstalled it not really knowing if it was going to work. Like I said, not a huge deal and they state in thier ad that they don't provide a report detailing the repairs made.

Our treadmill was dead. Took a gamble that it was the lower unit, so,I pulled it out and shipped it off to these guys, One week later it was shipped back, I reinstalled, and the treadmill worked perfectly. Can’t say enough good things about the service they offered, turnaround of the repair, and the price charged.
