    6 oyster knives did trick at wedding

    I bought 6 oyster knives and our wedding guests had a great time opening their own oysters. No doubt there are better knives out there but at the price these were good value

    Works well with my Japanese knives providing correct 15-17deg angle. Easy to use. Rubber insert is great as it protects knives from scratching.

    Helpful little guides, good quality.

    Helpful little guides. Does leave a mark on the blade but gives a consistent edge when sharpening. Particularly handy for re-profiling really worn or damaged knives.

    A bit of a struggle at first.

    It is not obvious (to me, anyway) how to use the guides. In fact, I'm still not quite sure. But I'm probably doing something right - the knives are sharp enough. Note though - they still need a touch up with the steel.
