Contact them immediately, they assured me it would be taken care of. I’m expecting the part to have been shipped within a couple days. Nope, 10 days later they message me again saying the O-ring is not in stock, therefore proving that they never had it in stock when they originally shipped my order yet they still sent it without, hoping I wouldn’t notice I guess. Ignorant. Metal was also terrible
