Seller was brilliant even though I never received the item I believe this was due to my negligence not the sellers. I don’t think I read the description of the item correctly. Therefore my order fell through the cracks -it happens. The communication was brilliant from the seller once I made an enquiry where my item had got to. It was explained that I cannot purchase the one train carriage but I could pay the remainder. I opted to have a refund which was processed quickly. All in all Brilliant.
