It arrived with a punctured box and one of the two strap seals missing (the strap that goes around the chimney requires 2 strap seals to secure it to 2 J-bolts). The seller initially said they were going to get me another one which was a great relief to me. Then they reneged, and worse, lied to me trying to convince me theres only one strap required for the kit saying the kit parts list was incorrect - not doing business with these people again.
