    The product arrived within the delivery window that was stated! Clear communication when the product was shipped and proper shipping information. The item was well packaged and yes even though it was used, it did not require much cleaning, nothing more than you would expect from a used part. The part was 100% that was described and worked nearly flawlessly. The outcome of my son's car was great and would give a big thumbs-up. Not easy to find a used part and a company to feel comfortable with.

    The PO in FL had a hard time letting it go. The shipping label was made but, for some reason, they held onto it for a couple extra days. NOT the sellers doing. Just a couple slight variations from the original but, perfect, otherwise. As usual, I wish the price could've been a bit lower but, it seems to work fine. I would recommend this seller and, absolutely, I would buy from them again. They also did a great job on packaging it for the trip.
