    I asked you on the 25th to decline my offer before 10:30 pm as I had found a ring and u replied that you would cancle the offer before 11:45 on the same day! I woke up at 1:45 to use the bath room and noticed a message on my phone from EBay saying that my card had been charged for the ring after all! I called my bank to dispute the charge later that morning and was told the money had already been added back to my account but wouldnl’t show on my app until 3 to 5 days! Why have u shipped?
