    Tried repeatedly over multiple days to work with seller to resolve issue and was unable to gain any response. Seller refused to communicate. Item arrived damaged and not as represented. It was well wrapped and the packaging showed no sign of mishandling by carrier. However, the piece had a sizable chip that was not present in pictures or in description which purported that there were no issues of cracks, chips, or crazing. Use caution because seller won't respond to problems or back his sales.

    The seller did get hold of me after several tries and ultimately, was more than willing to work with me to arrive at a mutual solution. He had been traveling and that was the cause of the extended delay to respond. So I wish to withdraw my initial negative rating regarding communication and condition as I do recognize that sometimes damage will occur despite the best efforts to guard against it with careful wrapping. I am happy with my transaction now that the seller has explained.
