    A matter of taste-but I love it

    Exotic, herbal and fruit teas are very much a matter of taste. Many of them might-or might not-be good for you but taste disgusting in my view. I don't like regular redbush tea but here the cinnamon and other spices mask the flavour sufficiently to make it very acceptable-to me. Soothing yet refreshing on its own, but I know people who drink it with milk.

    The perfect red bush infusion

    Dragonfly chai Malay red bush tea is a great alternative to tea or coffee as it’s caffeine free. I drink this every morning and I like it’s subtle flavour - not too spicy but warming.
