It is a truly genuine Mitsubishi A/C remote control as described. It worked perfectly well as soon as I inserted the batteries in. Seller promptly replied my questions and suggested the right model for my A/C. The price is reasonable and fair. With a small cost for tracking-delivery it was delivered in a few days and safe. I am very happy with this product and the seller as I finally found the right replacement for my remote after many years having to operate my A/C manually. Five stars All!
