Seller promptly refunded my purchase price, and we agreed that I’d keep the item (the tea was still good, and the tin was in acceptable condition), but forego a return of the shipping costs. The seller asked for additional money via PayPal and then did not properly pack this for shipping and one bottle arrived broken. The package was literally soaked by the time it arrived. The seller would not give me a fair refund. I asked eBay to step in when the seller started insulting me. I ended up with a partial refund and more personal insults from the seller. I reported this to eBay as well.
