There was one of the times that he was supposed to have given me tracking info for prior insulator set, days after I paid and, Kyle stated that he had shipped those insulators and, was rude and dismissive when I assertively followed up the next day after, stating; I'll send it, I'm with my family so chill. Never do business again!

    Floor mats recieved for our 2013 Mazda CX - 5 were a perfect fit and appeared to be OEM. My initial concern was that they might be shipped in a rolled condition. But, happily they were shipped flat, and as a result layed flat on the floors.
