It's very important that sellers accurately describe the article and take accurate measurements. While sometimes a rough guesstimate is fine, at other times, certain specifics are expected if advertised as such. The seller packaged the doll, that I had purchased as a X-Mas gift, very well. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged. Also the description was not as advertised, so I had planned to return the doll. The seller was generous/gracious in allowing me to keep the doll, and refund all my money.
