The item took a little while longer to get here than I expected. I was a little concerned as it was coming interstate by regular post and initially I wanted to change this, but communication did not allow changes. When the item arrived, it was perfectly packed, the thunderbolt screen was exactly as advertised. My IT man has installed the screen, it is nothing short of amazing, and looks brand new.
