Item was not the same color as the picture depicted. I contacted the seller and returned the item but it has been almost two months since I mailed it back and have not gotten a refund. The ring is in their country of origin. The post office attempted delivery but it supposedly was not recieved. Even though we have been communicating through ebay, ebay won't help and neither will my credit card service. Still waiting for my $540. I submitted a report to ebay but it would not take. Tried 6 times

Received fake ring. Glass diamond and not real gold. Stamped 14k but tested by 2 jewelers and it's garbage. Seller will respond that I am"confused" but they shouldn't be aloud to sell on eBay. I spent the money to return it ($18) but at least they refunded. I did but 2 and they tried to only refund one but eBay stepped in and refunded the 2nd one. Avoid seller at all costs. They sell under multiple shop names but it's all garbage.
