    I tried contacting the seller when printer was delivered. A piece was broken on the scanner bed cover, and yes, after two months I realized I purchased a C364 but was delivered a C368! No response! Not looking for any reimbursements or "something free". I run a business and despise when customers try to get something for nothing. I just want to know why I received something I didn't pay for.
