Ordered a Benny Goodman 78 shellac 4 record set. It was not packed flat by the seller and therefore 2 of the 4 records were cracked including the one containing the song which was my main reason for buying it. Totally useless. I paid $12 plus tax & shipping so the total was $20. The seller quick to respond and credited me $6 but as the main record I wanted was broken, the series was useless to me so I'm still out $14. I'm sure the seller insured it and received their full $20 back plus my $14.
