    Still Works!

    With the old P4s, get the highest GHz available (without spending much). The extra cache makes little difference but the extra GHz is (slightly) noticeable. These should be able to run Windows 10 32-bit, but some oddball motherboard chipsets can be a problem. If I'm not mistaken, these can run Windows 7 64-bit if you require a 64-bit operating system. (32-bit operating systems are better for low memory systems anyway.) Keep in mind that if the system does not have a PCI Express slot, the only video cards (AGP & PCI) that will make the system function adequately, will not support HD video playback. The old integrated video is basically worthless.
