    GREAT QUALITY INK. JUST REMEMBER TO CHECK FOR THE DATES ON ALL THESE INK CARTRIGES. MOST OF THEM WHEN YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD DEAL IN BUYING THESE PRODUCTS ARE OUT OF DATE, EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY IT IS BRAND NEW NEVER BEEN OPENED.

    Apparently past the usage date

    I installed the cartridge and my HP printer gave me an error message, that it was out of warrantly. And indeed it was, since it was dated 2014. That interfered with the printer's use of the cartridge, since it issued an error message and warning light on the console. I certainly did not expect that. It might have had full ink, but apparently it was not "new".

    The right ink

    I have much better luck using name brand ink. The only problem is the cost. But thanks to E bay I can usually purchase name brand ink at a good price.

    HP ink 940XL

    This ink performs just as well as if I were to buy it from a store. Expired date on it still works just as good as a new one from a store. My printer tells me that the ink is passed its expiration date but it still prints Just as good as a new cartridge of ink from the store bought.
