This time the color cartridge does not work at all & the black cartridge is so faint that it prints gray. I made no changes to my settings. I can't return either cartridge cuz the printer won't print at all w/out cartridges in both spots, so I will have to deal with this 2 print anything while i'm looking for more ink. Disappointed 2 say the least. I know these were inexpensive, but they should at least work. No seller to contact.
