Swift shipping and good packaging. The ball screws were described as new, which they were, but the papers enclosed showed that they were tested rejected due to noise and accuracy. Given the price point this was sort of implied, but it would have been nice to include in the description of the product. Would buy from this vendor again.

Honest seller. The item arrived however it didn't function. The seller unexpectedly refunded me. For such a large purchase I was surprised.
I agreed with the seller if it started working or I need to get it repaired, I will send them the seller the cost of the goods minus the cost of me getting it repaired.
Since the seller has been so genuine I will be back and will update the seller and make the payment if I'm able to get it working
