Great product overall - this sale was easy and quick
Excellent product. I now have two - one for myself over the head setup (had for 5 years) and now one for the wife - over the ear (new). We are both using them at the same time with no conflicts. I can walk to the mailbox from basement office while still being on a call, great range / battery life. Overall a great product.

The product in general is excellent. I bought this unit used and the headset was damaged (the case for the headset speaker housing had been pried open and was damaged permanently so that it will not close. I received it this way and I didn't see any notice in the description about it. Disappointing. However, I bought it for the base which works. I would certainly recommend the brand and model for soft phone use.The product in general is excellent.
