The initial order was duplicated and payment taken. It was obviously a glitch/mistake as two separate order numbers were generated. I tried to cancel the duplicate order but seller said it wasn’t possible as they’d already dispatched. I tried to request a return for a refund but the postage costs to India are more than the value of the item (5 bottles of hair care head lice treatment) EBay is no help at all. Who needs 10 bottles of head lice treatment for god’s sake???
