Great item, fast shipping, wonderful packaging, excellent transaction!!! Thanks so much for the gift, and you are correct, I would have ordered it had it been listed when I placed the order! I don't know the plant, but I would have ordered it anyway. Thank you for refunding the excess shipping charges as well!!!

The item I received was as described but it was not the item that was pictured (which was the item I wanted). Consequently, the sale was misleading. I viewed a half a dozen pictures of a fedora in light gray and ordered it. I received a fedora in brown. I looked at the description and saw, in one word, the color was brown….only one word, but a half dozen pictures in another color. I assume that I will have to accept the item, but I’m not happy about being misled.

I only had one hat for sale, no altered pictures, no bait and switch and in the info area where it says color: Brown. The top of the hat reflects the light but if you looked at all the pictures there are at least 3 showing how "brown" it is.
