Excellent design, excellent price, and excellent communication. However, the pack was returned due to incorrect sizing info. Also, the pack is constructed of PVC backed fabric. I dislike this design because it makes the pack stiff, adds weight to the pack, and puts excessive stress on some zippers. The excellent 1000d water shedding exterior fabric needs a lighter water resistant backing.
