    It’s a nice paper towel holder and can handle the big rolls however the spring loaded arm is so strong that is impossible to turn the paper towels by pulling on them until the roll is half gone. I think I can figure out a fix for that, but it is annoying.

    Item is good quality and shipping was quick. Only problem is that the base is slightly dented. Not enough to hassle returning it. This is first time using this style and it works well thus far. I like the ease of removing the cap to replace the roll as well.
